What to Know Before Day 1

Dear ACC2026 in-person attendees,

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the AnVIL Community Conference 2026 next week at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in Cambridge, MA.

Please see below for important Day 1 information. The ACC2026 abstract book is attached for your reference.

Check-in and Registration

Registration opens at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 31 in the Lobby. You do not need to use the Eventbrite app to check in. We will handle check-in on site when you arrive.

Day 1 Schedule

Workshops kick off at 2:00 PM, and Session 1 begins at 2:15 PM. Day 1 will close with the Fishbowl Discussion, followed by informal, self-organized dinner options.

What to Have Ready

Please bring anything you need for the workshop sessions, including a laptop and charger if you plan to participate hands-on.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday for the start of ACC2026.
